Elite Miami Bootcamp uses a to give you a “Total Body” workout.  Our workouts are high-energy, fat-burning and calorie crushing workouts. Your bootcamp coach will keep you engaged every step of the way, and you won’t believe the results.

Small groups workouts!  Truth be told our bootcamps are really small group training sessions.  Our average workout group is 6-12 people depending on what time the workout is. That means you won’t get lost in the crowd like many other group training gyms. So you’ll get a lot of coaching and time from our instructors.

What are you “Combine Training” methods? 
Combine Training is a challenge based-system of workouts that maximizes one’s health and fitness potential. The fitness challenges will surely take you to the next level. The beautiful thing about Combine Training is that this program is for everyone. The challenging exercises are designed to help drive you beyond your perceived limits.

What types of exercises and activities are included in the program? 
Elite Miami Bootcamp workouts are like nothing you’ve ever done before.  Our bootcamp uses Combine Training so you get a “Total Body” Workout.  The workouts use an array of exercises such as the TRX, Battle ropes, kettlebells, core exercises, medicine ball drills, body weight exercises, dumbbells, sport drills and many new, exciting exercises that will constantly challenge your body.

What can I expect on a typical Bootcamp Workout? 
Since no two workouts are ever the same and there is an array of unique training exercises that causes “Muscle Confusion.” This type of training literally shocks the body into fat loss, thus accelerating the results process by constantly introducing new moves and routines so your body never plateaus, and you never get bored!

How often do you have the small group/bootcamp workouts? 
You will meet with us six days a week, Monday through Saturday (if you choose the Unlimited program, which we recommend), or two days a week, Monday through Saturday. Click Here to check out our workout schedule.

What if I’m not in very good shape? 
If you’re not in very good shape, we’ll start you slow (there will be others in the same boat, so you won’t be left behind), but work you up to speed more quickly than you can probably imagine right now. The amazing thing about the human body is how it adapts quickly to proper stimulus. We will SAFELY challenge you – never more so than you can handle. With years of experience working with people of all ages and fitness levels, we have this down to a science. Feel free to call me, so we can discuss any concerns you may have at 305-859-2345.

Affordable, Convenient and Fast: We have plenty of parking so you can zip in and zip out and park right in front of the building. We start on time and have several times you can do this workout. And workout plans range from $8 to $20 per workout, so it’s incredibly affordable.
