What types of exercises and activities are included in the program?
Elite Miami Bootcamp workouts are like nothing you’ve ever done before. The workout is designed to transform your body. Our bootcamp workouts are a “Total Development” Workout, combining TRX workouts, Combine 360 Training, sport drills and an array of new, exciting exercises that will constantly challenge you and your body.
What is the TRX Suspension Training?
TRX was created for the Navy Seals. Randy Hetrick, owner and former Navy Seal, invented the TRX training system for himself and for his SEAL teammates to stay in peak condition while away on missions.
TRX training is a big part of Elite Miami Bootcamp. The TRX uses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you workout. Suspension Training allows for the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously. No matter if you’re a beginner or a professional athlete, the TRX allows you to instantly adjust the level of training difficulty. TRX suspension is changing the way athletes train for sports, soldiers train for combat and trainers and exercise instructors train their clients.
Will I use my core with your Bootcamp training methods?
In our bootcamp training, your core is engaged in ways you’ve never even thought of. Having killer abs is great, but more importantly, having a strong core will prevent injuries, improve posture and overall strength. This is because the movements are powered by the torso – the abs and back work together to support the spine during every day activities and exercise. Almost all of the exercises engage the core and build core strength by creating an element of instability that calls on your core to provide balance and coordination.
I’m an Athlete/Fitness enthusiast, will this help me?
If you need to strengthen your core, need cardiovascular endurance, and need resistance training to help with your particular sport. You get exactly what you need to improve your performance and sports-specific conditioning. As a former collegiate and professional Strength and Conditioning Coach turned very serious fitness professional, I assure you, if you want a challenging workout, we will give it to you.
What can I expect on a typical Bootcamp Workout?
Since no two workouts are ever the same and there is an array of unique training exercises that causes “Muscle Confusion.” This type of training literally shocks the body into fat loss, thus accelerating the results process by constantly introducing new moves and routines so your body never plateaus, and you never get bored! If you want to get lean, fit or just plain ripped, there’s an endless variety of ways we challenge you to keep you motivated.
But if you’re skeptical, that’s okay, and that’s why we offer you the opportunity to try out boot camp at no cost and with no obligation.
How often do you have the small group/bootcamp workouts?
You will meet with us six days a week, Monday through Saturday (if you choose the Unlimited program, which we recommend), or two days a week, Monday through Saturday . Click Here to check out our workout schedule.
Our bootcamp workouts will last about 50-55 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down. All that we ask is that you arrive on time and ready to go. Bootcamp starts promptly at 5:45am, 6:45am and 9:30am.
What if I’m not in very good shape?
If you’re not in very good shape, we’ll start you slow (there will be others in the same boat, so you won’t be left behind), but work you up to speed more quickly than you can probably imagine right now. The amazing thing about the human body is how it adapts quickly to proper stimulus. We will SAFELY challenge you – never more so than you can handle. With years of experience working with people of all ages and fitness levels, we have this progressive programming down to a science. What Sort of Results Can I expect to Achieve with Elite Miami Bootcamp?
Besides the body transformation you’ll experience, the biggest achievement is the sense of satisfaction and accomplishment you get from taking care of your health. If you’ve never experienced it, you are in for a real treat, because nothing can make your life more full, rich, balanced and positive than exercise. If there is such a thing as a panacea, something that cures everything, it’s fitness.
A body transformation will be a wonderful achievement, and you can expect to see your body become leaner, tighter and feeling strong and fit. Your energy levels will soar. Stress will be totally controlled, and in some cases, even disappear. Your stamina and strength will increase, your body fat will decrease by as much as 3% – 8%, and you can lose a minimum of 5lbs – 12lbs.You will literally “melt” away as you add lean muscle and lose unwanted fat and you’ll sleep like a baby.
How much does your Bootcamp cost?
You have three choices, which basically equate to two levels of commitment. Our recommendation is that you FULLY commit yourself for just 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, you’ll have the “fitness habit” and you’ll never want to give it up because it makes you look and feel so darn good. The Unlimited option (up to six-days-per-week) is a better value, which we’ve done intentionally to encourage you to commit to yourself completely.
1.) Have a busy schedule? Then workout 2 times a week for $150 a month.
2.) Unlimited Bootcamp workouts (recommended for best results): Each Four-week bootcamp costs $200. That’s less than $10 per workout.
3.) Travel a lot? Then buy the Punch Card workout package (call to learn more).
There is no other fitness solution that even comes close to giving you this much value for your investment. Again, I don’t expect you to take my word for it. That’s why we offer you the opportunity to try before you buy with one free workout!
What if I want to try out bootcamp before I commit to a full registration?
You are certainly welcome to do that. We offer a “try-before-you-buy” option so you can take a FREE class. I hope you can see we make this very fair for anyone to try before they buy, and all we ask is that you show up and give it a go!
Will the exercises I do at bootcamp make me sore?
It’s completely normal to feel some soreness for the first few days of bootcamp. You are moving and using muscles in ways you probably have not used for some time, maybe ever. We make sure to warm you up properly, cool you down right, and stretch, stretch, stretch. And that alleviates much of the soreness, but still, some soreness is normal. And frankly, the mild soreness lets you know you’re doing great work!
What types of people get the most benefit from your bootcamps?
“10 In 10 Out” This is something my wrestling coach used to say all the time. It may sound old fashion, but you get out what you put in to it (he was right). If you put in a 10 in your workout (I mean give everything you have), you’ll get a 10 with your results. And that’s true with everything in life.
The people who get the best results are not categorized so much by body type, age, fitness level or demographics. They are categorized by attitude. If you come to the workout ready, willing and able to take instruction, inspire and be inspired, push yourself beyond your “comfort zone” and have fun in a supportive environment designed to really bring out the best in you, then you can expect phenomenal results. Like I said earlier, with everything in life, you get out of it what you put into it. But one of the great benefits of camp is that you are led by knowledgeable, expert fitness trainers who understand what you need and how to give it to you, how to motivate you and how to hold you accountable so that results come fast!

Yes. Absolutely! If you follow the program as instructed and still do not get results, you can request a full refund. It’s worth noting that this has never occurred to date, and we do not anticipate that it ever will, but we offer it nonetheless to ensure that you feel 100% confident that we stand behind Elite Miami Bootcamps and are fully committed to helping you get your body back!
How quickly can I expect to see results in the mirror?
It took time for you to get where you are today, and so it’s only natural that it will take a little time to see dramatic changes. But you will most definitely experience performance, strength and conditioning improvement, sometimes in as little as three to four days.
“See-it-in-the-mirror” results can take 14 days or more, depending on how much effort you put into it. Again, it’s all about attitude. If you show up ready to put in the effort while you’re at our Miami bootcamp, and you follow our nutritional guidance program you can expect to see real results by the end of a month, 1-2 dress size reduction, a few belt loops, 3-8% body fat reduction and a minimum of 5-12 pounds of weight lost, is not uncommon and absolutely within your grasp.
